Within therapy, I aim to provide a space that allows for safety, vulnerability, and opportunities to develop skills to best address the concerns you may be coming in with. Specifically, my hope is to highlight your resilience and together identify ways to live a fulfilling life. As a clinician, I work from a trauma-focused, strengths-based lens that is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Relational Cultural Therapy (RCT), and Liberation Psychology. I am interested in working with a variety of concerns, including PTSD, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, ADHD, substance use, discrimination-based trauma, and managing other life stressors such as grief, transitions in life, and aging. As a BIPOC clinician, I am also interested in working with BIPOC clients to discuss the relationship between identity, oppression, trauma, and our mental health. I primarily work with adults, ages 18 and up.

I provide services under the supervision of Dr. Lola White, and my services include providing psychological assessments and therapy services to adults and older individuals. I am open to working with clients with various concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, personality disorders, ADHD, and others. In addition, I do incorporate interventions from other therapy approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and others, as I believe an integrative approach to mental health helps clients determine what works best for them.
